Cheddar Broccoli Casserole

Cheese and broccoli are both great sources of calcium. Together, these two ingredients make for a calcium-packed meal.


  • 500 g cheddar cheese sauce
  • 600 g frozen broccoli florets
  • ¼ cup bread crumbs, unseasoned, dry (optional)


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°
  2. Combine cheddar cheese sauce with broccoli in a casserole dish and place in the oven.
  3. Evenly top with breadcrumbs (optional)

Bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until breadcrumbs are golden and broccoli is tender
