This citrus berry smoothie helps build your bones with each sip! Blending fresh berries with calcium-packed Greek yoghurt and orange juice, with a dab of vanilla, honey and toasted wheat germ, and enjoy a bone-building treat.
- 1 ½ cups fresh or frozen berries
- ¾ cups Greek yoghurt
- ½ cup fresh orange juice
- 1 tablespoon toasted wheat germ
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
