Cheese and broccoli are both great sources of calcium. Together, these two ingredients make for a calcium-packed meal.
- 500 g cheddar cheese sauce
- 600 g frozen broccoli florets
- ¼ cup bread crumbs, unseasoned, dry (optional)
- Preheat the oven to 180°
- Combine cheddar cheese sauce with broccoli in a casserole dish and place in the oven.
- Evenly top with breadcrumbs (optional)
Bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until breadcrumbs are golden and broccoli is tender.
